When I’m walking around the streets taking photographs I like to look up. It’s amazing how much stuff is above eye level.
Old shop-fronts and signs, unexpected carvings, graffiti – lots of things.
But that’s not the point of this blog. The point is that in September last year I spotted the face drawn high up on a wall and took the photo. I love this kind of thing – makes me wonder Who drew it? Why? When?
Anyway, a week ago I was walking along the same road and looked up to find the drawing obscured by scaffolding.
Now, it may be that the scaffolding will go and the face will still be there but maybe not – that’s my point – take the picture while it’s there.
If you think it might make a good photo – TAKE IT.
